We have concluded the SFTP upgrade test. We identified a specific version of SFTP client software that requires further troubleshooting prior to a subsequent upgrade test.

The upgrade test is currently in progress and new SFTP connections are being handled by the upgraded servers. If issues are observed, please report them at the URL below. We will conclude this test and return to the previous SFTP servers at 4:30pm Eastern Time.
On 12/5 between 2:30pm and 4:30pm Eastern Time, we will be testing an upgrade to our next-generation SFTP services. At approximately 2:30pm, we will redirect connections to the new SFTP services, and at 4:30pm, we will redirect connections back to the original SFTP services. If an organization experiences connection or transfer issues during this limited test window, they may contribute to a community forums post, which will be linked here at the beginning of the upgrade test. We will be using this opportunity to ensure that we can assist organizations with minimizing the potential for any compatibility issues with the upgraded services.
