We have concluded the SFTP upgrade test. No system-wide issues were identified during the test. If users encountered specific issues during the test, they are encouraged to submit their feedback to the community forums post, as that feedback will be utilized in our planning for any future tests or production release.

The upgrade test is currently in progress and new SFTP connections are being handled by the upgraded servers. If issues are observed, please report them at the URL below. We will conclude this test and return to the previous SFTP servers at 4:00pm Eastern Time.
On 12/7 between 2:30pm and 4:00pm Eastern Time, we will be testing an upgrade to our next-generation SFTP services. This test includes updates that are believed to resolve all issues identified in the previous test on 12/5.
At approximately 2:30pm, we will redirect connections to the new SFTP services, and at 4:00pm, we will redirect connections back to the original SFTP services. If an organization experiences connection or transfer issues during this limited test window, they may contribute to a community forums post, which will be linked here at the beginning of the upgrade test. We will be using this additional opportunity to ensure that we can assist organizations with minimizing the potential for any compatibility issues with the upgraded services.
