Service interruption to databases on LUNA
Incident Report for Technolutions
Resolved
At approximately 2:50pm Eastern Time, a stack dump occurred on the LUNA database server, which is a rare occurrence and the result of the database server encountering a set of unstable conditions. Databases on LUNA may have been inaccessible while the server recovered. As of approximately 3:00pm Eastern Time, all databases were accessible and operating under normal conditions again. We have been able to identify the source of this stack dump and will develop and apply further mitigations to reduce the potential for these conditions to reoccur. No other database servers or databases were affected during this event.
